They made my daughter feel completely at ease during the exam, which was a huge relief to me as a parent.Additionally, during my own exam, the doctor noticed that I had been suffering from dry eyes and suggested a new medication that I had never heard of before. We are new to the area and I took my 14-year-old son here to get contacts. The staff was very friendly and kind and a shout out to Alexis who was very helpful, patient and sweet with my son , teaching him how to put the contacts in and out. I highly recommend this place. Dr very knowledge and took his time, was not in a hurry.

Staff was excellent. We had insurance issues that they helped us through.They kept our appt even though the insurance issue made us run over 30 min late.The Dr. was also excellent. Spent time with us trying to help us find a way to improve my Mom's failing vision.It was a surprising experience compared to most medical offices we visit.

Drove 4 hours one way to see Dr. Gudenkauf. She was my former eye doctor before I moved away. She is phenomenal. She takes the time to ensure you get the best experience possible. She is thorough, asks the right questions and takes time to listen to you. When you leave you know you were treated with care, compassion and respect. I wish every health care professional would treat their patients like this. The staff was friendly and caring and made for an all-around pleasant experience.
