Advanced Vision Care and Dry Eye Spa Online Bill Pay Terms of Service
By paying your bill online, you acknowledge the following:
You authorize Advanced Vision Care and Dry Eye Spa to make a withdrawal from your credit card to pay your bill for the amount you entered. You are the credit card account holder or an authorized agent for your credit card account. You affirm your account is with a U.S. bank, and you understand that your bank may charge for this service.
Important note: Your payment will be applied to your policy or account on the same day if made before 6pm ET. Payments made after 6pm ET Monday through Friday, or 4pm ET Saturday, will be applied the next business day.
The statement from your payment card that payment was made to Advanced Vision Care is your receipt that Advanced Vision Care received your payment. If your authorization is rejected, dishonored, returned, reversed or adjusted by your bank or payment card for any reason, you will be responsible for any charges imposed by your bank or the payment card if we submit the payment authorization a second time.
